Make the three office fields required at intake
Delivering Office, Selling Office and Delivering Region are captured and empty on every US opportunity. Until they are populated nothing in this diagram can answer what an office is carrying. It blocks everything below it.

The report that answers pipeline, bookings, win rate and regional impact already exists and does not run. Ask for the visuals restored and the load window extended past 2024.

It is Smartsheet template data sitting under an XTG name. Somebody will eventually present it. Mark it clearly or remove it.

File, Export, Excel from XTG - Active Opps by Region, into a connected folder. Company and Description would geocode far better than the project names the map runs on now.
