Eleven segments, and what each one sounds like before anyone calls it a project.
Use this the way you would use a map, not a brochure. Go to the market you actually sell into, read the cues, and find the person who owns the outcome. The proof column is deliberately honest about where we hold named work and where we hold capability.
A real project with a name, a location and detail we can put in front of a client. Museum and culture, aquarium, sports, medical simulation, briefing centers, large public spaces, auditorium.
Work we are equipped for and have stated publicly, without a named case study in the current controlled set. Retail, corporate amenity, global enterprise deployments, command and control.
An Account Manager who repeats a proof point that turns out not to exist loses the account and stops calling us. A thin column is a content gap for XTG to fill, not a reason to overclaim.
Four corporate segments.
Briefing centers and sales centers
Named proof on file"We fly our top customers here twice a year and I am not sure what they take away."
Corporate amenity spaces
Capability, proof still thin"We are consolidating three offices and we need people to actually want to come in."
Retail and branded environments
Capability, proof still thin"The new store concept has to feel like the brand, not like a shop."
Global enterprise deployments
Capability, proof still thin"Every regional office is doing its own thing and none of them look like us."
Four culture and public segments.
Museum and culture
Named proof on file"We are two years into the capital campaign and reopening in 2029."
Aquarium, zoo and attraction
Named proof on file"It is our first new animal exhibit in a long time and it has to be more than a walkthrough."
Large public spaces
Named proof on file"The building should be a landmark, not just an address."
Auditorium and performance
Named proof on file"The hall works acoustically and looks like 1978."
Three specialised segments.
Sports and entertainment
Named proof on file"Fan experience is the priority this cycle and the concourse is where we lose people."
Medical simulation
Named proof on file"We have to be able to record every scenario and debrief it properly."
Command and control
Capability, proof still thin"When something goes wrong, everyone who needs to decide is in six different rooms."
The move is the same one.
Notice the cue. Ask two questions, one of them being whether anything is written down yet. Say the line. Book thirty minutes and send it to xtg@avispl.com.
The four segments marked as thin are a content roadmap, not a weakness to hide. A named briefing center, a named corporate amenity project, a named retail environment and a named multi-market rollout would close the most common corporate objection in the room, and corporate is roughly ninety percent of what AVI-SPL does.
Award and project details here are drawn from the XTG Invitation to Awe deck, the Museum of the Future and SeaWorld case studies, the AVI-SPL Stadium and Arena showcase, the XTG Simulation Lookbook and the Museum and Culture overview.
