Three things that only work together. How to Fish teaches regional Account Managers to ask a different question. The terrain map shows what the region actually looks like when they do, and where nobody has asked yet. The systems map says which of that you can trust today, and what it takes to trust the rest.
The three live pages. Everything else on this page supports one of them.
Central pipeline as a relief map. Drag to tilt from bird’s eye to oblique, play the eight quarters, filter by region and by won or open. Hover a peak for its top projects.
One gesture drives both axes. Scrolling leans the terrain over and moves time forward together, with the narrative passing over it. Built as the pattern for embedding anywhere.
Every system that touches XTG pipeline, what it holds, whether it works, and who owns the fix. Four of the eleven are a problem. Two of them are fixable tomorrow.
How to Fish. Four sessions, forty-five minutes each, built for regional sales teams.
Four sessions that teach regional Account Managers to ask a different question. Start here, and the four workshop pages follow in order.
The clinic where Account Managers bring live accounts. It now opens on the Central terrain, so the room sees its own region before anybody brings a name.
MedSim through Global Enterprise Deployments. What each one is, what it asks of the seller, and the question that opens it.
What goes to leadership, and the note that keeps it defensible.
Concentration, the four flat offices, conversion where it is measurable, the forward slope, and every caveat stated before somebody else finds it.
What was used, what was checked and rejected, how location was inferred, and the five limits that have to be said out loud before the picture is circulated.
Five moves. The first two are the ones that change what any of this can prove.
The terrain runs on the Central Region Quarterly XTG Forecasting Report, pulled 10 April 2026. It is the only source in the ecosystem with a quarterly time series, and it has no city column, so every position on the map was inferred from a project name. 83.3 per cent of rows could be placed.
The shape is directional and the shape is useful. It is not yet a system of record, and saying so first is what makes the rest of it credible.
